Joe William Stedman CRB

Joe has spent his entire career in the Real Estate brokerage, building and development industry — serving in numerous executive capacities.
Joe has served as the Real Estate Asset Manager for the Southwest Mississippi HUD department of Property Disposition.
He has also served as President of the Natchez Board of REALTORS® and the Mississippi Association of REALTORS®.
He has served as Director at large of the Mississippi Home Builders Association as well as President of the Natchez Home Builders Association.

Joe has taught in the G.R.I Cadre and Mississippi REALTORS® Institute Cadre where he served as Senior Instructor of Land, Brokerage Management and Residential Construction.

In 1998, the Governor of Mississippi appointed Joe to the Mississippi Real Estate Commission as the 4th District Commissioner.
In 2001, Joe served as Chairman of the Mississippi Real Estate Commission.

Joe and his wife, Sue Hood Stedman, currently operate Crye-Leike Stedman REALTORS® in Natchez, Mississippi.
