Vence is the former Project Manager of Harmony, FL, an 11,000-acre complete-neighborhood project. Harmony consists of a Johnny Miller Golf Course, a Town Center, schools, a water plant, a wastewater plant, and 7,500 detached and attached residential units.

Vence, a licensed Mississippi broker since 1972, started his career in Mortgage Lending at the former Unifirst Savings & Loan Association in Jackson, Mississippi. During Vence’s distinguished Real Estate career, he has served in numerous professional capacities with the Homebuilders Association of Jackson, the State Homebuilders Association of Mississippi, the Jackson Association of REALTORS®, and the Multiple Listing Service of Jackson. He has also served the city of Jackson as Chairman of the City Housing Adjustment and Appeals Board, Chairman of the Jackson Planning Board, and the Jackson Zoning Board. Vence has taught Real Estate and Real Estate Finance courses for the Mississippi REALTORS® Institute and numerous local colleges and universities.
